My hips--it switches back and forth between them, or soemtimes both. My knees and sometimes my feet. And my neck. Sometimes my chest. It’s my lower back, mostly manifested in the left side’s trigger point. Next, neck and left hip. And currently, without explanation, my left foot. Hurts to walk. I lurch.
