I am still worrying about my morning flare-up, which is still with me, only not as bad as earlier. Since I do not usually have a flare-up after breakfast, I am suspicious of the things I do not usually eat: I had a slice of toasted multigrain bread with rosehip jam. That is not something I normally eat during the week. Could one or both of those have caused the problem--or something else?

But do you normally eat those things on weekends with no trouble? What a confusing and frustrating situation.
I read the ingredients on the bread and jam and neither had anything known to case me a flare-up so I am back to ground zero.
I generally feel worse on weekends. During the day diuring the week I usually (often?) feel OK, until after dinner anyway.
How very odd. I wonder what the caused it... did you sleep okay last night? When I don't get good sleep I flare up.
(btw, I tried to email reply to your comment earlier, but it came back undeliverable.)
I wonder why--I thought I gave you the right address. I'll check next time I am there.
Bad sleep always causes a flare-up for me, but I slept a little better than normal last night, but I feel terrible still.
I posted to your things I have to do Meme, but blogger was being turdly and didn't post it.
